LEED ID+C certification

Obtained LEED environmental certification

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is a tool for evaluating green buildings. The main evaluation principle is "the impact of buildings on the environment." LEED was established by the U.S. Green Building Council and implemented in 2003. It has been listed as a statutory mandatory standard in some U.S. states and some countries. The purpose of LEED is to effectively reduce the negative impact of buildings on the environment and residents during design.

How we help you obtain LEED environmental certification

LEED
The LEED rating system is divided into four levels, namely LEED Certified, LEED Silver, LEED Gold and LEED Platinum. We provide LEED ID+C and LEED EBOM green certification consulting services, which are handled by consultants with LEED AP qualifications in the team.

LEED mainly focuses on the green certification of the decoration design of a unit in a building. In two cases, we can help you obtain LEED certification, including LEED ID+C and LEED EBOM:

  • Existing store brands have not yet obtained LEED green environmental certification. Our HKEA expert team can provide consulting services and resource management improvement solutions to help your designated store apply for certification.
  • We give the project team (including interior designers and construction teams) the opportunity to ensure that the project can meet certification requirements throughout the entire project completion process, collect information from the team during the process, submit it for review at specific nodes, and Ensure the project can achieve LEED certification.

Our team of HKEA experts holds LEED AP status, a certification issued by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) that recognizes individuals with expertise in sustainable building design and green building. LEED AP certification requires certificate holders to complete continuing education within a certain period to maintain the validity of their certification and update their professional knowledge, and provide professional and valuable advice in assisting brands in the process of obtaining LEED.
